Pr\u00e4miert wurde die Interpretation des Themas, die Originalit\u00e4t der Idee und die zeichnerische Souver\u00e4nit\u00e4t. Das sind die Sieger dieses Jahres:Gefl\u00fcgelter Bleistift in Gold \u2013 Frank Hoppmann mit \u201eRecep Tayyip Erdogan\u201cDer beste Einzelbeitrag des Wettbewerbs \u2013 verliehen f\u00fcr das Werk, das nach Ansicht der Jury sowohl das Wettbewerbsmotto besonders originell und eigenst\u00e4ndig interpretiert als auch k\u00fcnstlerisch-stilistisch herausragt.JURYBEGR\u00dcNDUNG: \u201eFrank Hoppmanns Werke sind lustig und teilweise verst\u00f6rend, aber in jedem Fall treffend und meist wenig schmeichelhaft. Er sch\u00e4lt mit seinem pointierten Strich und drastisch \u00fcberzeichneten Portraits die Typen hinter den Dargestellten heraus und pr\u00e4sentiert so seine gnadenlose Wahrheit.
